"Bad (Not Bad Ass) Tattoo": Ice Cream Face



More like errr, not brrr. I really want to believe that this isn't actually a tattoo and a hoax/joke, but it was on the Ugliest Tattoo site so I'm gonna take it for face value. Pun very much intended.
